Dilip Gupta has over 22 years of experience covers a diverse range of accomplishments and responsibilities include Account Management, Program/ Project Management, System Engineering and Bids Management of multimillion-dollar Enterprise IT/ Technology solutions contracts with leading customers. He is an innovative, highly focused leader with successful track record in planning, organizing, improving organization, efficiency and productivity and monitoring bottom-line performance results. Dilip has earned MSEE from University of Central Florida, USA and MBA from University of Dallas, Texas. He holds a PMP certification from PMI, USA as well. He has worked in Energy and IT sectors in USA and India. He has helped several technology firms in the US to grow in the market place.
Engineer
David Adams is an experienced senior business leader and consultant who has led fast growth businesses to success. He has experience in several different industries, including metal fabrication, construction, energy, electronics, aerospace, consumer products, medical and food processing. David is a certified drone pilot. Currently, he is the Chief Creative Officer of his new startup multimedia solutions business “Adams Image”, leveraging digital marketing and social media to deliver photography and videography products and services for commercial and personal project solutions. He has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Bill comes to Solar eTribe with 35 years of experience in RF/analog engineering design, manufacturing, marketing, R&D, and sales for commercial, medical, and military products. He has completed projects for Litton Industries, Motorola, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, E.F. Johnson, Miles Laboratory, General Electric, Nokia-Siemens, Texas Instruments, and several small firms and contract manufacturers. He has continued to study and apply quality standards and tools embraced by Lean Six-Sigma techniques, and is an ASQ-Certified Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2015, Bill began applying Lean/Six Sigma project management techniques to saving energy, and was able to consistently reduce $200 residential electric bills to less than $50. Bill believes in Solar eTribe’s mission and is ready to help support it’s customers to reduce their energy requirement in order to maximize the value delivered by solar energy systems.
